How about...
instead of asking people to hold your hand you search for a double din head unit. theres hundreds out there that fit your criteria, if you don't know what a headunit is you should probably just go to a shop or bestbuy and have them do it for you.

honestly if it has everything you want then get it. headunits are one of those things that as long as its a reputable company you don't really have to worry. like I said earlier there are so many different ones on the market its really hard to compare past "does it have the features you want." its all a preference thing.

i may need some help on the blue/white wire from the receiver.
do i need to hook the amp turn on and the power antenna wires(wire harness) both to the blue/white wire(system remote control)?
also, there is a amplifier ground wire(grey/black), do i need to hook it together with the black wire from the receiver and the other black wire(ground) from the wire harness?

I'm not familiar with the Bose system, but It should not require two "turn on" leads.
I have seen a lot of radios only supply 12V to the "power antenna" lead when the radio is on...meaning AM or FM, but not when a CD or auxiliary source is in use.
The "amp turn on" should have power when ever the head unit is on, regardless of what source is selected.
Grounds are very important. If you have a real ground, ( connected to a solid piece of the car's metal) it's ok to connect that wire to more than one device. (like the amp and the radio ground lead.)
Do not just connect the radio's ground wire to the amp's ground wire and call it a day. Both of those leads need to make their way to the car's metal mass. If you don't give them a legitimate path to ground, they will most likely find a path through the antenna cable's shield. <this does not work well.
