Default Alternative to 06-08 navigation control switch?

I bought the 07-08 navigation waterfall. (has no cubby)
https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart...n.php?II=10968

I currently have a hole where the top screen is going to go and also where the navigation control switch goes. I am not going to be using the OEM navigation so the controls would be pretty much just for looks.
Here are the controls: https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart...on.php?II=5117

I've seen people have put plain plastic finisher pieces in place of the navigation controls. I can't find where to purchase this piece anywhere. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks!

Hmm I guess all the ones I've seen are the 03-05 nav set ups. I guess I'll be stuck having to buy the oem nav controls.

The 03-05 ones will fit, But will not sit flush. And to get the OEM look, You will need the control switch & the finisher piece.

Do you mean the 03-05 black plastic finisher will fit or are you referring to the 03-05 nav control switch?

Not my pic, But just to give you an idea of how the 03-05 nav switches will look like in a 06-08 nav bezel.

Wow that would be perfect! What part is that? And is it secured in anyway or just sitting there?
Thanks.

Black silicone and flat piece of plastic I found in garage believe it or not. It's glued permanently. I smooth out the edges by using a dremel. It took a while cutting and fitting but came out ok...

Thanks for posting this! I'm probably going to buy a flat black plastic sheet online and just cut to size. I don't know why I never thought about that.

I made my panel out of a cubby door from the 06+ models, has the same color/finish as stock dash and the curve right on top of the radio matches perfectly.
