no, no problem. While off the sub rubber is lower than the black plastic part around it. What about cooling? I have a similar set up - but installed 3 small 12V CPU fans on each side of the amp rack to circulate air through the system.

lol,, it took me a ton of man hours to do this, i would have to charge way too much or pay myself like $5 an hour to do it.... so sorry not happening.
