Those door pods look great! Going a little conservative with that amp though no?

Crazy build! You're moving pretty fast. What are your goals? Just to get loud/low. Did you ever get the old setup on the TL to see how loud it got? You going for aeroports again? I love me a loud system..running 1 dc3.5?

That's a huge box for a Z!! If they're pretty heavy duty subs you're using I'd recommend adding another layer of 3/4" to the baffle as well as bracing the inside of the box if it's not too late.

so far i have painted the port. the box will be wrapped in black vinyl

all screws have been counter sunk / body filled . sanded and glassed .

just have to put 2 full layers on the back and time to start mounting

box will be bolted to the side pillars and rear brace

How much space are you giving per sub before displacement? Doesn't seem like much. How much port area do you have as well? Should have just walled off the entire back . I hope you break 150 on music.

3.25 Cubic Ft Each 6.00 Total
Tuned to 32 Hz
Port is 2 x 20.5 x 27.75 (Note that because the port is on the angled face the end is also angled, also they combine for a 4 inch port within the middle of the box)
Port air velocity below 30 m/s.
TFM Graph included with roll off point. posted down below

might be close to 150 db.. i will try it out.. see how she does.
i could easily get another 3.5 k hit that magic 150db..
its all fun
