Default My audio system complete!

I thought i'd quit bumping my "Subwoofer question" thread over and over and just make a dedicated thread now that the system is complete.

As a whole I am very happy with the system. I can shake there rear view mirror with the bass now that its tuned in well. Since I didn't put sound dampening material over the whole car the road noise does kill the sound quality a bit. You could actually fit a 12" subwoofer in that area BTW.

System specs:
Kicker KS65 Coxal Speakers Front/Rear
Kicker CompRt110 (10" 1 Ohm) Subwoofer
Kicker KX400.1 Mono Amp (400w RMS)
Alpine PowerPack 4 channel amp (180w RMS)
Pioneer FH-X720BT Double Din reciever
Kicker 4ga wiring kit
The entire system was installed by Brandon Miller at the Council Bluffs BestBuy (where I work for the GeekSquad doing computer repair) He's an incredibly skilled installer and I am so glad I had him do the install. With my employee discounts this system only cost me $750 installed (Would normally be nearly $2k).

Here's Some photos that I will replace with nicer ones once I get them taken

The custom subwoofer cover panel I made. I cut two 6" holes in the cover and used the unused grills from my 6.5" speakers.

My subwoofer enclosure (Final dimensions were 7x12.5x18)

And last of all the subwoofer amp in the glovebox

Let me know if anyone has any questions about the build

Thanks, I think it turned out pretty slick if I say so myself.

I though there were two speakers mounted there at first. You don't see it anyways.

Yeah, I just wanted to make some openings so the sub could move some air. Had the extra speaker grills.

Add a piece of felt behind the grills so you don't see the sub box and I think it would be a perfect addition.

Yep, I'm planning on putting some thin speaker cover material behind there. Just made it last night so I don't have it done yet. XD
