Default Car wont Start after touching positive and negative terminals

Hello everyone,

I admit it earlier today I did some-thing really really stupid with my Z, I was putting the car back together after a recent repair and as I was tightening the straps of the battery my wrench touched both the positive and negative terminals of the battery, causing sparks and some arching. Luckily, I didn't burn or electrocute myself but the trouble now is that none of the electrics in my car turn on. I don't know much about electrics so can anyone help point me in the right direction I assume that I probably blew a fuse going to the battery but hopefully that's as far as the damage goes.

I would look at the big fuses, break out a voltmeter and start shooting

Thanks guys all of you were correct it was the fusable link that connects to the battery, I picked up a new one from an Infiniti dealer today and now all of my stuff works.

Good to hear that you got it fixed. That had to be a nervous situation

it was great that I found the right part and was able to fix it in under 10 mins, but the trouble I have now is that when I go to start my car it revs to high rpm, makes a whirring noise, then dies a second later...which is nice. The recent job I mentioned earlier was valve cover gaskets and new spark plugs, Idk I installed the plugs and gaskets correctly so I have no idea what is going on with my car anymore.
