The price of being Australian!
So I thought I'd go and buy myself a nice new Stillen CAI from Performance Nissan. Filled in all the forms and everything was going great, until i saw this! Why so expensive? Is it really that big/heavy? 
I tried finding a dealer here in Australia with no luck. Any Australians on here know of a place that deals with Stillen parts and accessories? Or an Australian website similar to Performance Nissan?

Why not go to Stillen directly. http://www.stillen.com.
Steve and his team ship to NZ, so they must ship to Aussie.
We've got one supercharged 350 over here, that's fully kitted in just about everything Stillen.

Sure, you have to pay more for that stuff, but we Americans can't buy that cool accent for any price. American girls can't resist it. Wish I could rent it for a week.

Well i just got a response back from Stillen regarding shipping to Australia. The price wasn't much better.
Works out to be $460 AUD. Just for a CAI. 
Surely there is an Australian dealer for Stillen parts? They aren't exactly a small time company, you'd think they'd have dealers all over the world.

Can anyone explain this? Why the large difference in shipping costs? I'm not trying to bag out Performance Nissan or anything like that, but what's up with that?
