Default APS Chip - Anyone got it yet?

So after all the hubbub we had with Peter and the APS chip, has anyone actually had it installed as yet (apart from Dave)?

It's available according to Peter, but I personally haven't got the readies at the mo'.

Well I actually 'do' have them as such but for some reason French windows are more important than spare kw's according to my wife and I prefer to stay married

Yes, I know, lotsa whipping noises, but what I say in my house is law as long its OK with my strife.

here is my Dyno
The picture tells everything.

It felt the rev Quicker, which mean the car feel faster than before on Acceleration. On higher 6th gear acceleration on 100kmh felt like i was on 5th gear. So i'm quiet satisfied, but more test to come
This only my First Impression

Would also thanks to Peter to let me have a Ride on his APS TT. For all that want to seat on the APS TT 350Z? I highly recommend to get a Neck Braces I'm having trouble to keep my head Steady when Peter Full Throttle it

Cheers
Yun

Nice gain ypwpat.
Looks like a 5% increase in torque - not insignificant when added on top of the addition torque gain fm the HT exhaust.
Also descent power gain, especially at high rpm - must want to rev past limiter now.

Your car must be fairly quick now. Go find a HSV GTS to playwith on the weekend and report back with the results.

here is my Dyno. The picture tells everything.

Cool, so we have another dyno plot from the APS dyno ... we're starting to get a collection. Looks like you were peaking at ~152kW at the wheel before the chip. I take it that is with all the mods listed in your signature, correct?

So, that's about 12kW increase (at the peak) with the chip for you. It looks like the chip did more for you than all the mods combined as a stock 350Z 'should' dyno on the APS dyno at around 145kW. Still, who knows what your power would be now if you did not have the mods and only a chip.

Hmm interesting Yun. With all your mods your pre-chip power reading was @152. There really is quite a variance between cars isn't there. Mine was 159kw with just the HiTech & Dave M's was 161.

I think the other Dave had roughly the same as your pre chip peak power rating as well. Dave M and I must have got Fuji the engine builder on a good day

OK, it does sound like a reasonable thing on which to bust a gorilla. What was the price Yun or are you sworn to secrecy?
How long did it all take?

Does the Unichip pick up the cam angle senor as well as the crank?

Gary-
I think Peter Charge us AU$110 i think. I have forgotten about it.
sorry

Murray-
I think they only change the Air Fuel Ratio and Configure the Throttle Opening position individually and ignition timing as well.
You might want to ask Peter(APS) For more detail.

Cheers
Yun
