I agree but how can an operator make adjusments if the unit does not give you a correct measurment? ie: left and right indicate 2 deg but one side looks like the car from back to the future?. Therefore all you are doing is re-checking an incorrect measurment.

The only point i'm trying to make is Davids 2 deg is not the same as my 2 deg if we use different wheel aligners.

I wish I knew the manual methods and could do it myself. I got the shovels ready to make my own pit

A little bit like dyno's & dyno opperaters.
Take a quick trip to my workshop & I can show you how to do it manualy & get it right every time

Very true. Thanks for the offer. I may need to take you up on the offer some time. I assume the camber guage is the magnetic one that goes on the hub and has three levels? I am trying to source a second hand one of these.
