anybody dealth with Chapman before? Seems like they have very very good pricing comparing to some of the places mentioned here before.

yes. last 4 I purchased was from them. good service they were shaved and the "shave" was much better (uniform & round) than what was performed from an other vendor I had been using. They do seem to shave them a bit more than necessary for your typical HDPE use, so I would suggest 6/32.
