wow that was a great race it doesnt get any closer than that great driving on both your parts. Next time however, how about more than just a yell in the radio when you pass him for the win.

Every race this year has been this way! But since we have some work to do to the car, we decided up grade a few aero items. Should add some much needed corner speed.

Which aero kit did you go with?

Thanks dnguyent!

We went with a version 2 nismo replica fascia and replica side skirts from CRG. Also adding one of those big APR carbon fiber wings.

Keeping our fingers crossed that we are able to make the body shop next week.

Awesome racing. You guys really need to be aware of everything going on around you with the huge speed differential between some of cars in that run group. Great stuff to watch!

Thanks guys for all the comments!

Look for a post in November for an 8hr (yep eight hours) enduro that we will be racing in at Road Atlanta in December. Also all of our events are spectator freindly. And unlike other NASA events spectators will be allowed to enjoy their favorite adult beverage during the event. So come, camp out in the infield, watch some great racing and party all weekend!

Informal schedule: All of these are for the year end championship so look for some great racing from all of the fields.
Friday Dec. 5th 8 Hour Enduro
Saturday Dec 6th Sprint Races/hpde-drive RA! Call it a early Christmas gift to yourself!
Sunday Dec. 7th usually a fun race/more hpde!

Also if you come we will have a Toys for Tots drive so bring something for the less fortunate. Rumor also has it PBS & Speed TV will be their....

Very well, the car is at the body shop as we speak. We hopefully wrapped all the mechnical this past weekend, but it's hard to drive a car when the rear quarter panels are rubbing the tires!

I'll try to get some pic's if I have time to swing by the shop.

Mike,
I am going to have to come out and play with you guys sometime soon. I think I am really ready to move up, or at least over from the SM.

Damn Mustangs! And you guys lapped that gold Trans Am at twice. Great driving guys! Were the tires going away on your 350Z?

By the end of this race we had four hours on the Hoosier R's and they were performing fantastic. Temp was in the mid to low 80's all weekend and the car was working great.

The reason you see Matt catch back up is Jarred had radio'd into me that a car had lost it's engine on the front straight going into turn 1 and their was oil on the driving line. Matt does not have radio's so he had no clue he was driving on oil slick track. So it gave him a chance to catch up while we played it safe. This is how we lost a 7-8 second gap that we had.

OK, that makes sense, especially when you drove into turn 1 off-line when Matt was catching up to you.
