Piston dust seals don't last with hard use on a race track. Simple as that.
Most racing brake calipers do not have dust seals around the pistons for this very reason. Its assumed that the racing caliper will not see as dirty an environment on a race track as calipers run on the street. Also, its assumed that racing calipers will be disassembled, cleaned, and pistons replaced periodically.
Pull your caliper apart, remove the dust seals, clean the pistons and the bore with brake clean, rinse with brake fluid (DOT4), and reassemble without the seals.
