OK thanks guys, guess I misread the rules, I thought it had to give some sort of advantage to take you out of stock. I just saw the thread about the Z going to CS! reading now...
Although it's certainly debatable as to how much, aero mods are considered to improve performance.
The way I've always heard it is "if it's not explicitly allowed per the rules, then it's not allowed". Technically you'd bump to BSP. As AsnSky pointed out, locally it may not matter, especially if agreed upon among the other BS competitors beforehand.

Nope, it can even be a disadvantage (e.g. larger-diameter wheels, heavy body kits), and you can still be bumped out of stock.
Most of the time at "local" events (e.g. non-National events), most competitors won't care about "cosmetic" differences -- unless you beat them.
However, don't worry too much about things -- we've got a local driver who was trying to pass off a fully-prepared race car as an "H-Stock" car.
