scary.......But bolting can still be strong enough right? Just gotta find the right places to bolt to.
bolting is perfectly fine.
This bar did not have any diagonal supports, the backing plates were the wrong size (as well as the tubing size), and the install was done incorrectly from what I have seen.

Yes, but came second hand w/o instructions. It has all the hardware, so besides de-burring the holes that I drill, I don't think there is too much to mess up (but am willing to learn).
EDIT: I emailed Mark at Kirk Racing and asked for install specifics to insure I don't miss anything (torque specs, backing plate locations, drill hole sizes, specific order of operations, etc.)

agreed, Mark will help you out and even give you installation tips about the exact car you are installing in.
