I have a list of potentials. Not set on any one car.

Shook the car down with the new power at Road Atlanta during Z Nats...

Couple of things:
-Car overheats after about 4-5 laps (air temps in the 80's). Temps come right back down in half a lap, but quickly heats back up.
-Need a catch on the back for crankcase blow bye. Quite a bit of oil out of there (just a breather on it currently).
-Need to finish the V3 front aero setup. Vette kicked up a big hunk of clay and took out the old bumper/splitter.
-The old pirelli's were scary as -uck. 25+ cycles on them now and they were terrifying. Had sticker A's mounted, but elected not to use them due to traffic and other issues.
-Low brake pads meant crap heat dissipation and quickly warming brakes. Had spares, but again traffic and time constraints (3 sessions in less than 2 hours in the afternoon) made me lazy.

Things in the work for the Nov 11-12 event at Summit Point (last event of the year):
-Finish front aero on V3
-Bought some fender vents for the front
-Replace front pads
-Oil catch set-up for the crankcase (parts already here)

My car is similar with heat issues. few laps and way up on temp.

Just fitted a new larger rad and new fan pack to help. Car is going on the dyne on the 28th for a map check then back on track asap to see if the upgrades have helped.

Update:

Last event at Summit went ok on Sat, some teething issues still (limited to 7-8 hot laps for the day). First lap on Sunday the hub failed catastrophically going into turn 1 (150mph), wheel wobbled enough to hit the brake bleeder, causing a leak and subsequently a fire. I got the car stopped, just enough brakes to slow it to within ~30mph of normal speed and just dorifto'd turn 1 without going off somehow. As soon as I got back to the pit lane the caliper seized and up in flames it went. Luckily I was right next to pit out and the crews were there in a jiffy to put it out.

Plans/Things to do before the first event (HOPEFULLY March VIR):
-V3 Front and new splitter/air dam/canards/etc -- Finally
-Shocks serviced
-Clean up the interior/paint cage/wiring
-See if I can get the tablet to work well enough as a dash/gauges
-Chassis mount wing/install carbon hatch
-Swap all the fluids out
-Isolate the rear wheels/make some rear bumper changes
-Rebuild front calipers
-Change out front hubs
-Maybe rear SPL knuckle bushings

If you don't mind me asking, with the added power and aero, did you adjust to stiffer spring rates all around?

I'm always moving around on spring rates. I actually run less rate right now than I did when autocrossing. Power doesn't really play into the spring rates other than it adds weight and with the higher top speed it requires a a little more ride hieght (since the car hunkers down more with the added 15mph on the top end).

Making some big revisions to the aero this winter, so I suspect I will go up a bit of spring as well.
