Default 2016 Solo Nationals, who is in?

So who is planning on heading to Lincoln this year?

I'll be there in STU, still lots of car prep to do before then though.

Would love to but don't think I can have the car ready and tested before then so I haven't registered yet. If things improve in the next month and I can get some seat time in I might go just to bust my nationals cherry this year even though I won't be competitive, or really "done" with the car.

I'll be there in STR class with an AP1 S2000 (not the car to have).

I believe my buddy will be there in his CS 350z. He has been doing really well locally in Chicago and Millwaukee. Both regions have a decent amount of national talent.

My goal this year is Dixie. I would love to do this event. I will get my a$$ handed to me but learn a lot...

Good luck to the ones going.

Dixie is a good start. It started with 'I just want to go to Dixie' for me too, then it all went downhill from there. :P None of us, nor our cars, will ever truly be 'ready', so just go. My opinion is that the sooner you start running nationally, the sooner you'll start learning on top-notch courses with top-notch competition and overcoming the pressure. Do you run in Fort Myers? Z1NONLY there is a great benchmark and a very helpful guy.

Yes the Gulfcoast autocrossers. Yes one of many mentors haha. Roca sold his Nismo so we have been co-driving. I have been "bugging" Mike for a good year now. We have been talking about Nationals. My goal this year is to compete in my first State Championship and then gear up for dixie.

Going! Someone took my 74 racing number, grrr. So I'm running 77 for nationals.
Lots of fast guys, Kriz, Borg, Stuart, Heitkotter, Barbato, among others, should be a blast.
Anyone doing the Pro too? Been getting my a$$ handed to me by the AWD cars.

Glad to see a thread about Z pilots having some SERIOUS FUN! While I'm not entered at the Solo Nationals, my Runoffs entry at Mid-Ohio has been filed, along with six other Zs contending for National titles.
