stock 17s vs stock 18s
I just had a quick question. As far as handling goes would the stock 17s or the stock 18s(non track) be better? Im just curious..
Thanks |

I think the conclusion we came to was "no". Driving on the street or spirited driving in my opinion the 18's feel much better. The steering feels much faster on initial turn-in and in my opinion it was easier to be more precise. For grip limit (once you're past initial/light inputs) it shouldn't matter much. |

All real race cars when show element is non essential use small rims... In all books I've read about racing techniques and race car preparation I don't remember seeing anything that supports "bigger rims better" theory... I find my 17s perfectly good for "spirited driving" and racing...
