Default CuztomPartZ 350Z/G35 Aluminum Engine Undershrouds HOLIDAY SALE!!!

CuztomPartZ Aluminum Under Shrouds!

I have some KILLER deals on these shields on our new website!! $199.00 for the aluminum version and ONLY $229 for the PC black version!! Check it out here> WWW.ZSpeedPerformance.com

These under shrouds were developed to protect your critical engine parts under the car and also because the cheesy plastic OEM shield deteriorates over time and usually ends up on the highway behind you somewhere.

Without the shield in place the air that comes in thru your facsia should be directed into you radiator and instead will just take the path of least resistance and exit under the car instead of cooling off your radiator. Just like the upper radiator air guides keep air going thru the radiator, The bottom is even more important to have in place as it is much easier for air to escape there.

The under shrouds will fit all 2003-2008 350Z's with stock front fascias and should fit any fascia that the OEM under shroud still bolts to. These have only been test fitted on stock bumpers.
These will also fit 03-07 G35 coupe/ 2002-2006 Sedans (RWD Only)
Will not fit G35X All wheel drive sedans.

The CuztomPartZ under shroud will help give the lower front fascia much more rigidity also, As you probably know, running without the shield in place at high speeds can do serious damage to the front fascia as it will droop down and can rip apart.

The BEST feature of all thou is that you can actually change your oil AND filter without removing the entire shroud. I have integrated a oil change access door into the shroud so all you have to do is remove 2 bolts and you have ample room to get to the oil filter and drain plug even with the GTSpec V-1 front tie bar in place. Have not test fit with the V2 tiebar but it doesn't look like it will work with it.

Weight on the entire piece is 4.5lbs, The plastic OEM shield for reference weighs in at a bit over 3lbs.
Very lightweight and much more protection!

Mounted, this was one of the last prototypes. The production pieces have 2 bolts on the oil filter door.

As you can see in this picture I wanted to keep as much ground clearance as possible, this will be very close to the level of the front fascia all the way back to the oil pan area. There is a little over 1" of clearance between the oil pan and under shroud so those of you with the 1" oil pan spacers should not have a problem clearing.

This is the finished piece. I have made these in 2 pieces due to the fact that you may crush the front piece on a curb/parking block (it happens to the best of us) it can be replaced without having to buy the entire shield again. The front piece will be available separately in the future.

Assembled before installation to car

Powder Coated, Matte Black

These are available in the raw aluminum shown and also in a Matte Black Powdercoat finish.

Shipping is $15.00 in the Cont US.
E-mail for different shipping destinations and I will get you a quote.

Fitment
2003-2008 350Z

2003-2007 G35 Coupe, Please confirm you are ordering for a G35 as the front panel is slightly different.

2003-2006 G35 Rear drive sedans.

This will clear the APS aluminum oil pan on the G or Z and also fits with the JWT oil pan spacer and stock pan.

Works with Vortech supercharger kit, Some slight pipe adjustments may be needed.

This has only been test fit with stock front fascias. May require modifications for aftermarket Fascias. If your stock shield bolts on to your fascia this should also as it uses the same attachment points.

350Z Aluminum $249.00

350Z PC Matte Black $289.00

G35 Aluminum Coupe/2WD Sedan 03-07 $249.00

G35 Coupe/2WD Sedan 03-06 PC Matte Micro-Tex Black $289.00

CuztomPartz Hardware kit $15.00

So long as it is not lower than the crossmember itself it should fit. These can be "adjusted" to give you a bit moree clearance under the oil pan. Just bolted on there is a little over 1" of clearance between the stock pan and the shield. I adjusted it to gain almost another 1" of clearance.

Same here just ordered mine, and though I'm not cheap, I just can't justify paying 600 dollars for the ARC piece. Great product for the Z community. ARC is just going to have to stop producing theirs cause this one will sure take all the business. Ever though about making one of those radiator cooling panels also?

Many things on the table guys, I do this in what spare time I have and work full time also so it may be a while before I get other stuff made. The undershrouds are very time consuming to make although we are getting faster at them the more we make

Do I need a hardware kit? Will the plastic pan h/w suffice? Or is yours better? Just curious... I already bought a h/w kit too.

You can use the OE hardware if it is in good shape and all there.

I can refund the hardware kit if you like.

Default PC Black Test run!

Just got back from picking up the PC black test runs, I had 2 pieces powder coated to make sure it was the correct color and finish I wanted before having them all done. The rest of the batch will be going to PC's tomorrow or Wednesday.
This particular texture looks a lot like Teflon.

They look even better in person!

OK. PC it is. These look awesome. Maybe you could sell a gazillion to Nissan so they'd quit using the crappy panel.
