Which one would be best for a Nismo V3 Spoiler & Zakustech/Zociety Louvers on the rear glass? That's what I'm planning on doing to the Z, but in the meantime I don't have either of those. I'm guessing the HP one's would be best? Also how are HP's on a stock hatch w/ no spoiler?
Depravity, I would suggest the UHP hatch struts. That's what we're using on our Nismo 350z, and they've worked perfect with the added weight of the Nismo wing.

I'm just concerned with how hard it will be to close the hatch until I add the spoiler/louvers to it, I was thinking UHP would be overkill on my base model. I just don't know what to go with
If you either have no wing/spoiler or the have an OEM spoiler, the MHP struts would be the best choice. The UHP is for those who have installed heavy wings/spoilers.
Our new Mild High Pressure Units (MHP) are great for cars without spoilers or the stock standard spoiler, while still being stronger than stock they are the lowest pressure we offer and closest to stock strength. The High Pressure (HP) units are great for almost every application, they are substantially stronger than the originals and will support most large aftermarket spoilers or just be strong for a standard application. The upgrade to the Ultra High Pressure (UHP) units offer maximum added lift support for the Largest heavier aftermarket spoilers, or just a workout for those looking for it.
