I did this mod. Thanks for the write up. I decided to use 7 LED/resistor pairs per reflector, wired in parallel. The night shot didn't come out very well, since it made the LED's look blue. Anyway, I want to replace the parking light with something that doesn't look so yellow. Any thoughts? I love tinkering with this kind of stuff. If anyone wants to send me their reflectors, I'd be happy to do this.

Correct. I believe I used a 7/32" bit, just larger than the LED itself. I held it in place for a few seconds for the glue to set. I did this for each one then did the wiring. I recommend layering with epoxy afterward for better protection from the elements.

well you can wire them to whichever wire you perfer. i noticed in pauls pictures he wired them to the sidemarker wire, so once you turn the light **** once, they turn on, but other have it so you find the blinder wire which should be right next to it, and will only work when you turn on the blinker.
now im not an electrician, but if you were to run a relay from the regular light to the blinker, maybe they should stay on and also blink when you turn on a blinker?
