Just pop rivets. thats all you need. You predrill a hole and jam in the pop rivet then you you start squeezing the handle and it POPS.

i've installed mine last night.. it was a pain with the template that comes with Titek..
anyways, after punching the rivets in, now one has come out half way!?!
is there any way i can remove it without destroying the duct?
and i still think it requires more cutting to make it sit flush.. is that doable? or am i going to need a new bumper :S

^won't reach.. the gap is very small between the duct and the bumper (where it shows the rivet) ..

grind off the top of the rivet with a dremel and then push it in and it will fall through, the top portion of the rivet will fall off, done it lots of times. when you grind off the top of the rivet just make sure you don't damage the carbon fiber.

uhhh..... i was able to pull off the duct and cut the rivets with a dike plier..
managed to take off all 4 rivets. since i cut alot of the bumper to try and fit the duct, i didn't have much room to play with it much, but i had a go at the foam piece and trimmed it a bit. the duct now sits almost flush (way better than before) but still has a small gap.
satisfied with the end result.
thanks for the suggestions

the stencil is about a 1/4" to small all the way around so it worthless.

Quick question, my TiTek came with 3m double sided tape.. should I use it on the edges of the duct or just rivet it in and call it quits...
