Arrow DIY :: Fiberglass Work (Front Lip)

Here's a DIY I did when repairing the front lip on my MR2, it's posted on a different forum but if you're interested, here's the link:

http://www.sfldrifters.com/forums/sh...821#post277821

Enjoy. If you have more info to put on this topic, go ahead and post, I don't get offended but I DO appreciate other people's help. Good luck.

It's actually not that low, but my front end is up on the drive way though so it gives off that impression. The Z I picked up is ridiculous low though, almost got stuck teeter-tottering on a speed bump at my buddy's apartment complex the other day, scratched up the exhaust piping, pissed me off quite a bit... but I refuse to raise it, it just looks so sick!

great write up, gives me inspiration on a couple of projects I have to work on this weekend. I've never used bondo before, sounds and looks pretty easy though.

Thank you, I hope it helps some of you out! I did one for painting a valve cover too but, since most people know how to paint, I won't even bother linking it...

I'm actually in the process of searching for an '03-'05 front bumper so my buddy and I can fabricate a nice, small front lip for cars like mine that are far too slammed to be rolling with the big droopy lips. If I like the way it comes out I might just start producing them. So if any of you have a bumper you want to sell for cheap to help my out and maybe even your community, let me know!
