Assuming you're using 03 seats, the wiring information I've given is correct. I've taken a look at the wiring diagrams in the FSM again and double checked the info I've posted. I'm confident it's correct (I can read wiring diagrams), backed up by the fact that mine are working perfectly.
I'd recommend that you download the FSM and show the wiring diagram in the 'SE' pdf file to an electrician before going any further or doing what you're suggesting above.
Good luck.
Davy.

Bump for an old but informational thread. About to attempt this project again. I noticed that my heaters do "start" to warm but barley get warm and then seem to fade out. I have feeling it is a power issue with sooo many connections to that power out let behind the seats. I'm thinking that we are simply overloading that small power outlet with both the powered and heated components of the 2 seats. May try running a separate power line from the battery for just the heaters. A buddy of mine told me that the heaters in the seats use a boat load of power and that it's most likely not getting enough power from the small power outlet behind the seats.
Anyone that has successfully attempted this please chime in.
Thanks!

Relay installed and the heated seats work. His car is an 04 enthuast , swapped to my power leather seats with heaters.
You will need the relay, buttons and the short harness from the seat heater controls to the chassis.

I just swapped heated, power, leather seats (no side impact airbags) from a 2004 into my 2007 base. I have yet to wire them up but I'm reserving this spot for my lessons learned.
- First off, you'll need to disassemble the bottom cushions of each seat in order to move the weight sensor over. This is very easy to do as the sensor is pretty much just a thin membrane type sensor that sit between the cushion and fabric. Four bolts under the seat to remove the pan. Then a bunch of hog-rings that you can remove with pliers if you don't have the specific removal tool. The one small challenge is that you'll need to cut a slot in the rear part of the seat foam for the sensor brain. Easy enough since you'll just need to imitate the position from the seat that the sensor came from. After you've done that, just use zip-ties to reassemble both seats (about 20 ties per seat).
- The base model in 2007 does not have an extra harness for power or heaters. I've ordered a set of used switches and the attached harness which should make wiring the seat heaters pretty straight forward.
- I'll be following Corrado and Terrasmak's advice in this thread for the wiring and will update once I've completed my wiring.

Hey guys,
I am picking up a set of the OEM power seats soon. I'm not too worried about the heater, just want to power them for movement. The thread doesn't say how, but that it's easier than hooking up the heaters. Can someone tell me what I do to get at least movement power to them? Also, will it trigger any airbag or seat belt lights?

Rebirthing this thread as Im currently getting ready to purchase a set of power, heated, leather seats for my '03 Enthusiast... The seats are from an '03 as well. Im really not THAT electrical savvy, but I've installed my fair share of head units.
Not worried about the heating aspect of the seats, more-so the powered function (obviously) however, correct me if I'm wrong, the '03 Burnt Orange Leather seats have airbags, and the cloth do not? I'm not worried about the air bag function but would just powering the seat cause me to throw an air bag light on the dash? I wouldn't think it would since the car isn't expecting a response from the seats to throw the light, just wondering before tackling this job.
Thanks in advance for the great write-ups here, definitely will help greatly.

You're lucky, mine wasn't pre-wired for seats... wish it was
