Question Going Solid Bushings for Subframe BUT-

Before I spend the money and time, is there any reason I should go with SPL's aluminum bushings over Sikky's or vice versa?
I've lost count of the hours spent online looking for comparisons, and there probably isn't much of a difference but just wanted to see if anyone has had experience with both or knows why one is a better choice than the other.

Yes, I've read JasonZ-Ya's 6 year old "How To" on the Sikky solid bushing installation (Fantastic guide!)
https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...-bushings.html
But there's no Sikky vs SPL in it.

*Side note
Are all of the rear subframes on models 2003 through 2008 interchangeable?
Again, I've looked and looked for an answer but nothing.
A guy from Z1 Motorsport told me that, yes, they are. True? False?

if z1 said yes i would listen to them. i would think all solid bushing are going to be pretty close to each other. i have seen some that Jason had made, but not sure if he still makes them. hit him up, the worst he will say is no
