Alright. Quick update. I'm going to be putting an order in today for my dad's accord. I'm doing his brakes for his birthday. If anyone wants to order with me, now's the time to tell me. We may be able to get a better deal.

Just ordered Double Slotted and Drilled with Black hat and StopTech pads for Brembo calipers for $320 shipped. He said it would take 6-10 business days. He also said everyone here will want the ones I ordered once they see them.

I just realized, in the pictures posted in your first post, the fronts have 16 slots, mine only has 12

aesthetically, yours are far superior

any idea why its slotted differently?

The pics in my OP aren't for 350z specific rotors. They're just what I found online. (Excluding my rotor pics)

Just realized that - I'm not sure. Did you have Brembo brakes?

Angry

Finally got mine in:

But as you can see there were some problems. After taking off the old pads and rotor, I noticed some slight differences.

As you can tell, I'm in desperate need of a brake job.

Obviously he sent me ones for a 2005 350z WITHOUT Brembo brakes. I thought I was pretty clear with him that I had the Brembo brakes. Now I guess I'm going to have to wait another 3-4 weeks to get the right ones.

And on top of that, while putting the calipers back on I cross threaded the bolts back in. Fixing that took about an hour.

Bummer dude. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Did you contact them? Are they going to make it right? It's so weird, I didn't have any problems when I ordered but they don't exactly have a high-tech ordering process. Maybe they should get a little more organized.

This is the reply I got from them on the mix-up.

Josh when you placed your phone order you never mentioned you had the 350z TRACK model... Had you said that the price definately would not have been $320 for rotors and Stoptech Pads... More like $420...
You can send those back and we will re-order the Track Model items for you, however, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.. It actually will only be around $60... ( $30 for you to ship the old parts back and $30 for us to ship the new parts to you ) Let me know if you want to proceed..

Not too happy with how they do business. And by the way, I don't have the Track model, I have the grand touring model.

Wow, that sounds like a totally different experience from what I had. I'm extremely sorry to hear. I would be very upset as well. Did you mention you needed the brembo replacements while you were ordering?

Again, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience.

I am positive I told him that I have the Brembo brakes because I know they are different. But I guess it's their word against mine because there is no paper trail from the order, only what the guy probably scribbled down on some notebook paper during the call.

All right, I got the right ones in and put them on yesterday. After discussing the mix up with RotorPros, they agreed to waive the shipping costs. So, total for me was $420 for double slotted and drilled rotors and StopTech pads for my factory Brembo brakes. Not too bad. Here's a pic of how they turned out.
