If you've got a nice set of calipers I can see painting them but the stock calipers look like crap and are tiny. I recommend painting them flat black to hide them. That's what my plan is.

Wanna do something that's unique and FUNCTIONAL?

Ti Gray - Porcelainized

Oooops, wrong forum.... LOL.

But seriously, my wife's Niz and my Volvo have porcelainized calipers. NEVER needs paint, NEVER needs cleaning other than spraying them off while washing the car. The curb rash? Uhhhh...... well...... wasn't me!! No really, I bought it that way. HAR!

Never really cared or even noticed Volvos until a nicely modded one ricer revved on me. Pretty cool at 325hp in the new 60r.

an old buddy has an S60R - brakes & the pegasus' are a sexy pair! I thought Volvo (ford) could have done more to give it more pep - considering how heavy it is and it's a 2.5liter turbo it's still pretty sweet!

oh, don't paint the calipers - nothing will tell the world you're out of touch with reality than painted brake calipers!!

On that color the OEM style Brembo gold would probably look pretty good...and they look even better when they are all discolored from track abuse!!

+1 on not painting the stock calipers...the amount work it takes for such a shallow cosmetic addition to stock brakes makes the whole concept a little shaky. Money and time better spent for good pads, stainless lines and good fluid.
