Make your 350z feel like new
I recently installed new springs and shocks (and sway bars, but the bars aren’t important in this message). Wow… What a difference! My 350z feels like a new car. I should have done this a long time ago since the car is sooo much more fun while driving.
My car is a 2003 350z Performance edition, and I was running on the original suspension. Here is my thread describing this:

And… another thread with a similar project (difference is more drop):

If you have some miles on your 350z, consider upgrading the suspension with at least shocks and springs. When doing that, you will enjoy a much better driving experience.

I've had a more time driving this setup and it surprises me how much better it is than stock.

Replacing shocks on an older car is always fun.
I once replaced the tired suspension on a '99 Civic with KYB shocks and mild drop springs. After an alignment, I thought I was driving a brand new car. So yes OP, new shocks and springs do make cars feel completely different!
