Full bushing kit
Rear diff bushings are shot and after some inspection the rest of the bushings under the car could be replaced also. I was debating between the whiteline wek003 kithttp://www.whiteline.com.au/mobile_product_detail.php?part_number=WEK003 or the prothane 142007 kit http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/proddetail.asp?prod=142007 . The prothane covers more spots but is it worth the extra cost/labor? Car is just a daily driver and won't see any track time at all and it's a fully stock suspension. Thanks everyone.

Energy suspension is fine and cheap, but their diff bushing and compression arm bushing is not known to last more than a few hundred miles.

The prothane kit is more expensive than the whiteline but also seems to encompass more where as the whiteline kit is cheaper but seems to hit just the usual failure points. Guess it's a toss up either way.

Do not use prothane .. you will regret it unless you use it for none moving parts. They squeek like mad. I have used ES for years and never had a problem with them. The one time i tried prothane on a vehicles control arms they were squeeking within the week. Prothane does not use grooves on their bushing to hold grease so when you press them together nearly all the grease exits.
Prothane is actually the cheapest bushings that you can get. I will be using prothane on my subframe, but that will be the only locations. I will be using AMS solid bushings as a cheap alternative to the other solids out there.

I've got brand new Prothane bushes, I can upload photos - they 100% have groves in them for keeping them greased.
I'll pop photos up on the weekend.

So these are part of the front bushing kit they sell, these have quite deep groves cut into them, and have about 1mm of the sleeve sticking out to prevent stiction.
I also purchased the sway bar kit, these have finer a knurling pattern in them, no noise at all from my car with these.
Finally I also bought the steering rack kit, these DON'T have any groves/knurling in them and that's due to where these parts are being fitted, they don't require it (imho-hah we'll see)
See here for what to look out for when choosing your bushings:

Ended up getting the rear diff bushings and front lower control arm bushings for now. Rest of the money went to new rear hubs. Oh well. Those are the two main ones that are shot anyways.
