Replaced the rear diff bushing with whiteline
And let's hope I never do it again. Did the drill and sawzall method. That wasn't so bad (pretty simple and easy actually). Laying on your back trying to bench press that heavy mother in and out and snake it between a dual exhaust and axle shafts was the shitty part.
I'm not sure why people have a hard time getting the new bushings in. I put mine in the freezer for 12hrs and pushed the big bushing in half way in by hand and the rest took a couple of light taps with a sledge. The diff ear bushings I froze them to and pushed those in by hand.
Went for a spin and I noticed more noise in the cab and a more solid feel going over bumps.
Sunday is lower ball joints and compression arm bushings. Monday should be a fun drive to work.
And use a transmission jack on the diff. Dropping that ***** on your thumb hurts like hell.

I use a normal floor jack on the diff and Whiteline bushings just slide into place. Solid aluminum ones are a bit harder

The subframe one on mine wouldn't slide in without help from a sledge. I ended up using the factory jack to lift it and then a quick pick and push into the subframe while simultaneously getting a jack stands under the front. Oh well. Got almost 200 miles on it and so far so good.
