Default bent transverse link?

So I just finished replacing the worn bushings and I noticed the passenger side has a slight bend in the component which is causing additional tweaking to the new bushing. The driver side is straight, is this normal or do I need to replace the entire unit?

It does turn out the bumper on the car is not the original so I'm concerned an unreported accident occurred and caused this.
