FWIW, my local shop did LCAs, both rear knuckles, and front ball joins for 1.5hrs. All parts were off the car.

The local shop here did it for 115 - took the arms off the car, pressed out/in and reinstalled

I have a set of extra arms, took us 30 mins max to press new bushings onto both arms.

Now I have all the time in the world to swap the arms on the car for the new bushing arms.

No need to go to a shop at all.
