Obvoiusly my Z isnt happy im selling her so she decided to do this the day the deal was supposed to happen... Today. Go figure.

The part that broke is anodized red and adjustable? It was dragging on the floor once it snapped. Camber arm? Control arm? tie rod?

Looking at the photo, it's part #23: the forward radius rod. Jack up the Z, support it on jack stands and pull the RR wheel to confirm. Might want to check some of the other suspension components, as this radius rod does NOT break unless its been badly abused.

Pull your wheel off and take a picture of the component that busted. It's likely item 22 or 23 from the diagram

Guess thats the problem with buying a car with aftermarket parts you didnt put on... When they break you cant put the stock non adjustable equivalent back on...

Its hard to tell if its 22 or 23.. Might want to go to the good side and identify what each part is from that side and you will be able to figure out what was changed to aftermarket.

If your going to sell the car just get a stock piece from a junk yard. I would rather eat tires then have crappie ebay suspension parts holding the car together.

It's a Godspeed camber arm, buy a new pair of SPC arms.

Looks like an adjustable rear camber arm. And stay away from godspeed parts in the future.

I think the OP was looking for a DIY on how to fix his Z and there isn't one. He's trying to sell his car and probably wants to do it the cheapest way possible. If that's the case, he can slap on a cheapo part and try to hoist it off. But if he wants to do it the RIGHT way, he should use a quality part and then have the Z realigned by a shop with an good laser alignment machine.

Let's hope we don't see another thread from a new Z owner who has handling problems with his "new" Z, that looks suspiciously like the one here.

My neighbor runs a tire shop. It will be aligned correctly. Im not trying to cheap out. Never have never will. I didnt put these parts on...

My local dealer has megan racing and ichiba

Anybody ever hear of ichiba? I think Ill just go with the megans for 150

Glad to hear it, but you might want to stop and consider what you really need. If your Z is lowered considerably (and it's hard to tell from the photos you posted), an adjustable radius (or camber) arm might be necessary to bring the rear into factory specs.

But you might also consider OEM radius arms as well. They have no adjustment and are built from stamped and welded steel. They tend to BEND rather than break and I always keep a spare in my race trailer in case that happens at an event. Much cheaper if you can get a pair used and they are durable for normal road usage.

Ichiba Is garbage. There's many threads covering this. Idk that megan is much better. I've had Kinetix on my Z for at least 3 years. Cheap enough and sturdy for a daily.
