New old Brembos squealing.
I just completed an install of a set of e-Bay OEM Brembos on my 07 Enthusiast. For now I'm using the pads that came with them, cheap-o Duralast Gold street pads. They have plenty of wear left.
I'm getting little to no noise under breaking but at low speeds I am getting a very high pitched squeal. It will stop for a second with a little brake pedal pressure. I can only hear it with the window open and even then only when there is a wall or something near the car.
I removed the wear indicators so that can't be it. Is it possible that this is a hung or poorly functioning piston? Braking performance is great. There is no drag that I can feel. Before installing the rotors I inspected the pistons, dust boots and seals. All looked good.
I did not put any anti-squeal grease on the shims but that was never an issue for the OEM non-Brembos.
Any thoughts?

But I'd go ahead and smear those "anti-squeal shims" with some brake lube and see if that helps.
Finally, if that doesn't do it , chamfer the leading and trailing edges if they don't have much chamfer on them. A mm or two should do the trick. Obviously, recommend you do this when you have the pads out.

Less than 50. So you're right, a little time might be all it takes.
That actually might be the problem. I noticed that one set of the rears did not have chamfered edges. Thought it was odd but didn't think much more about it but that might be the culprit.
It is easy to get pads out of the Brembos but I might not bother checking that until I remove the street pads before my next track day.

Light pedal pressure and a monoblock brake setup causes squeal. Simple as that, walk around a SCCA or NASCAR paddock and it's a common sound. Get used to it, and wear it as a badge of honor!

The squeal goes away with light pedal pressure. I'm used to my track pads squealing and grinding and sounding like a school bus but this is just when I'm driving down the road. Comes and goes too which makes me doubt that it is a hung or dragging piston.

Use Nissan PBC grease as indicated in the FSM. I use it on all my brake jobs on all my vehicles.....No squeaks or squeals.

Update, when I put these street pads back on after a track weekend I put a chamfered edge on the one rear pad that didn't have one. Used a grinder. No more squeal.
