I am interested in a follow-up if you have time to post the information. I have a red 350z, and the car's paint looks great but need to be repairedin some spots.

Yeah, if you take a closer look at my hood in the pictures, the paint is peeling in some spots and the whole entire hood is faded. That's where the magic of low lighting comes into play There's a local guy who does awesome paint work and I'm looking at the website, paintscratch, who sells AX8 paint. I don't know if it's exactly like the color brickyard, but it'll probably be a lot better than if I were to mix the paint myself. I might get my hood repainted this summer and I'll be back here for before and after results as well.

On a side note, I ran around my first autocross course in the Z. I only did 4 runs that weren't timed and I found out in my first 2 runs that the TCS is a hindrance out on the course, there's a decent amount of understeer, but the IRS is quite nice and much more composed than a live axle. I'm running the 245f 275r tire setup on NT555s so I might switch to a more square setup down the road to combat the understeer a bit. I'm getting more and more comfortable at the limits of this car now!

This place sells ready to spray color matched paint, a few members have had good luck with them.

You can remove your abs fuse to disable your traction control, and next you need tires you could get some 255s in the front, or run square set-up 275/35-275/40 to help with understeer
