Default Toe issues

My 350 is lowered on coilovers with camber kits on front / back. I installed the rear toe bolts as well when doing this. I recently took my car for an alignment and the tech said that the toe was maxed out as was unable to get my camber any better because of this. What is most likely to be the issue with this? Is it possible that I did not install the toe bolts correctly / grind it out enough?

If travlee's post doesn't help... you may be sitting too low to adjust out, you may need to add camber to get the tow inline. I noticed you are running coilovers. Are they true or Oem style? If they are true style you can get toe arms to give more adjustment.
