Default Little resistance when turning steering wheel

I've been dealing with this issue for over 2 years and it seems to be the same or slightly worse. The steering feel of my 350z just seems too loose. While driving at any speed you can easily steer with just two fingers. No resistance or feedback is really felt. When I first had the car the steering always had a heavy and sturdy feel to it.
( 91k miles ago, it's currently at 120k miles)

So I've searched the forum and many problems seem related but it's hard to confirm exactly what it is. However, my car isn't stock and I've been working to improve the suspension and some known issues. Mods are below:

Hotchkis spring & sways
P2m endlinks
Energy suspension lower control arm
(Inner and outer) & compression rod bushings.
Z1 adjustable upper control arm
(street version)
Spc rear toe bolts
P2m adjustable camber arm (rear)
Moog tire rods

Notable things:
Differential bushings are cracking
Caster out of oem spec
Original stock shocks ( may be blown but definitely worn out)
Steering rack MAY be leaking. (Picture to follow)
Turning Lock to lock seems to be
Going further than it should. ( Hard to
Explain)
Lower control arm ball joints boots torn.
One tie rod leaking from boot.
Inner tie rods tested a little. No leak from inside tie rod boot.

From just my research and experimenting I also noticed that whenever the front end is loaded the steering feel is much better. Also, on certain days ( not necessarily weather dependent) the feel is much better or seems normal.

So right now I believe it to be the steering rack or pump and I'm on my way to replacing it with other parts. But as I noticed with this car many times, things work together. So in looking for any helpful insight or opinion in my situation. Also, if anyone experience the same it'd be helpful to know what was wrong for you.

Adjustment yolk location was covered. Not oil i believe, could find fluid anywhere else

Just sharing the Z

You didn't search hard enough
It's all pretty much in the sticky post at the top of this forum, suspension101.

I highly recommend getting rid of any poly bushings in the transverse link, and do this:
https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...translink.html

When I did my ones (I had Prothane bushings in there) and put SPL in place there steering feel INSTANTLY improved hugely, no stiction and response feels great.
It also didn't help that the poly bushing will bind anyway but even more so because there is a little metal nub on the frame which will cause it to give a poor feel (as it'll bind against it and then release).

The leak:

(check from post #9 onwards)

Or this one:

Basically, clean it, put some shoe goo or rtv around it - DO NOT take it apart.
