Has this happened to you while changing rear pads?
So a while back I had to replace my rear pads and oni noticed uneven wear on the driver side pads (apparently the rotor was sticking and I also couldn't get the lower bolt out of the caliper ) but on the test drive this happened
So I have now replaced the calipers (and hardware) and rotors and no more problems

In my shop days both back in the day and just a few years ago as a hobby/retired old guy time killer, I've seen something similar a few times. Can't confirm but my techs have told me that that can happen from air gun overtorqued wheels.
