Default Good deal or not? 2003 350z with slightly modified

Hi guys,

I'm recently looking for a 03-05 Z.
And i just found a slightly modified 03 Z from craigslist selling for $16000.

03 350z 65000 miles
Nismo V2 bumper and rear skirt(replica)
Nismo side skirt (Authentic)
ACT flywheel
Lowered with Swift Spring
Upgraded to 06 headlights and taillights
ARC underpanel
Bride seats
JL W7 subwoofer
Panasonic CD player
18" Volks CE28N (painted all black) Falken 452 tires 70%
Clean title

Actually i think this z looks pretty clean.
What you guys think? Does it worth $16000?

The first 3 pics are old setup. The last two pics are current setup.

I wouldnt pay 16k for any 03. Remember mods do not add value to a car. I would say 14k max.

They don't add value to a dealership, carmax, etc...

But to the buyer, it may be worth it

Depends on the mods and finding the right buyer. Slap some forged wheels on a car and a buyer that can appreciate it, I guarantee it'll up the value.

Yup. Now if you’re taking a loan for the car you'll obviously going to have to come out of pocket some because the price is higher then the value and that's not going to fly with any lender, regardless of the MODs

The car looks very clean, but you have to be the one to determine if it is worth 16k. I would say it is worth 12-14k, but if you find value in the installed parts, it could be worth more to you.

just an FYI, the wheels in the first 3 pics look like work emotions, not volks. I say that because works are about 1/2 the price of volks, so be clear what wheel you are getting. Also looks like the headlamps have been upgraded to the 06+ bi-xenons and the tails to the LEDs.

The last two pics are the current set up from what he said, which are Volks, the first three pics are the old setup.

I say with everything he's got in her, she would be worth 16k to me. The volks and bride seats alone make it worth it to me, everything else is a bonus.

What kind of exhaust is that?
