Smile New To the Z's

My name Efrain, and am I very new to the Z's, but I am looking to buying and I have no idea in what to look for, I am leaning more into a 2007 + 350z but I don't know which one to go with performance, coupe, nismo, etc.

Any help/Tips would be appreciated.

I own a 04 Mini cooper Base and I am ready to trade it in for something more sport looking and I have always liked the 350z.

Ha good luck with that. If you want that kind of power route then you better go forced induction.

Okay I will look into that and honestly its not like I need that but if can afford to do that kind of upgrades on it then yes but i want to at least get the right type of car and like i say i have always wanted a 350z and seems like my chance to do so is now. I would no even care if I keep it stock i mean im driving a base mini cooper and i tested drive the 350z the other day and its a whole nother level. I want something that have some power to it and that i can put some money into always keeping in mind that its my DD car.

The 07-08 year models(VQ35HR) can produce around 300whp with the right boltons and tune. However, they will probably exceed your price range by about 3-4k unless you get one with some more miles.

YOLO just buy the 07+ Nismo. And you are coming from a Mini cooper, so I'd think the torque increase will more than satisfy your needs.

A HR wouldn't be out of the OP's price range if he's trading in his Cooper AND putting $10-15k on top.
