I just went through all this and I will say you have to go drive and inspect each ca, because everyone's idea of "clean" or "mint" are very different.

I bought an 07 enthusiast, for 13k cash, solar orange with 36442 miles on it, stock and mint, never taken out in the snow always garaged in a heated garage and covered, it doesnt have the nav or other things you mentioned I think by comparison it sounds good but you have to go see it and drive it to know if it is worth it to you.

For me it had to drive perfect or I wasnt interested, this one did and was super clean so I made a deal for it.
Some I looked at sounded great but were no where near nice enough for the money they were asking, the dealership ones especially.
Also, I prefer an unmolested car 1 one owner maybe 2 owner car if you get a full service history and car fax.

A car with mods especially performance mods make me nervous, who knows if they ran into problems and decided to dump the car and start over I just prefer a virgin.
