Default Price on a used 03 350z

Greetings Ladies and Gents, Long story short, I've been really really seriously looking at some 350z's. There is one in particular that is a 2003 Touring model with 64k miles on it. Just looked at it today and it appears to be in fantastic shape. Clean title, so on so on, but the main issue is that the dealership wants $14,500 for it. Now I haven't too many of these up in MN, and the dealership is in a nicer town, and they know that they can get rid of it by the end of the summer, and they are not really budging on that price at all.

So basically, I would like to hear from some current owners, and if you guys think that a clean 350z with low miles is worth anywhere near that price.

For $14,000 you could find an HR with that many miles. I would suggest you keep looking.

I very seriously doubt he is going to find a hr with that many miles for 14.. Where I'm from, a hr with 60k would be worth about 17.

Seriously though, if you're dying to have that car, talk em down as low as they'll go and buy it. If you just want a z, pass

There is no way you will find an HR with under 70k for 14,000.

Those are low miles either way and if the z was taken care for. I think the kbb is around 13k or so retail for that year and miles without looking.

I was lucky ans found my 2004.5 z with 30,000 miles for $14,000 many years ago.

I tried to talk em down yesterday. But they said any wiggle room would be in the hundreds, not thousands. They are smart enough to know that this car will sell this summer, so any type of hardball is going to be on their end and not mine

I think they will be able to sell it for that much but it will take time. I would say to them it's going to sit on their lot for 120 days and take up space. Even with summer approaching the 350z isa dime a dozen, they are everywhere and with lower miles.

Hell my 2004 has 51k on it and is going to be for sale.

If this is the one you want offer them 12k. They must have took it on trade or got at an auction so they have a lot of gross left in the z. Again I bought mine from a dealer 3 years ago for less than their asking price with only 30,000 miles.

Well...they sold it....

I guess I'll gamble with Craigslist now

that has been up for a while, so I'm thinking I can talk him down a bit. Thoughts?
