Default I have 15K to spend. Which model do you suggest?

Hey guys

So I've been looking to buy my very first 350z but I'm not 100% which model I want. I was originally going to buy a 2006 model but I soon discovered they have an oil burning problem at high revs, losing about 1QT/1-1.5K miles. However, this doesn't seem to effect the cars overall performance and doesn't have any real repercussions. (at least none that i've read so far.)

My friend owns a 2003(maybe 04) model that he purchased on ebay motors and it seems to run completely fine. He had to replace some bearings but I believe that was his own fault. Other than that, the car has had zero problems so far.

My question:
  1. Which model do you suggest I purchase?
  2. Why that model?
  3. What should I expect to pay?
  4. What are some basic problem areas I should look for when purchasing?
  5. Other information you think I should know:

Thanks you guys

At the very least, read the FAQ here first, please.

Just cutting to the chase, buy any 2007+ HR that has low miles and is stock.
