Default New 350z

Hello,

I'm new here, I'm planning to purchasing a 2008 nissan 350z 6-speed. Now I currently own a 2004 g35 coupe. How much of a difference in power or feel would i be noticing between the two? The one i'm going to get comes with brembo and has navigation. I've heard rumors and horror stories on the 2006 versions having engine problems, would the 2008 have it as well? Is there any problems or concerns I should know about before I buy it? Any comments or opinion would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to know also if anyone have bought the Superlegga bodykit from Duraflex and if its almost a direct fit or have any problems with it?

Thank you

I'd suggest not searching this site, because your questions have not ever been asked and answered countless times.

I agree with dcains. The search function is useless on this site.

The 2008 350z you are considering has about 30 more hp than your 2004 G35. The difference is about 10% so it’s noticeable, but not huge.

I haven’t heard any significant problems with the 2008’s engine. The 350z has a very high reliability rating.

You mention a navigation system. If it’s the OEM nav setup, you will probably be disappointed with its features and operation. Same goes for the Z’s CES (both the Bose or Clarion system).

Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

sooo glad someone said it...

OP,

if you loook at forums there are probably hundreds of sticky's total, many say thinks like "NOOBS look here first"

or "READ THIS BEFORE ANYTHING"

they are not there for no reason, everyone here has taken the time to read them, i think you should as well, not only will it answer your questions, but the questions you may have after those are answered, and give you further insight on what to expect with your 350z, for any question look in that section of forums and find the noob sticky, i guarantee 95% of the time it will contain your answer.
