Been looking high and low for Invoice pricing break down for an 05 Performance 350Z and it's options. I realize there is very little diffrence in pricing from 04, but I want to be able to present accurate numbers to the dealships I negotiating with, not close guesses.
Goto to www.kbb.com they have the 2005 prices. I am trying to get the dealer down some from MSRP, but no luck. The numbers I got from KBB has for cost and MSRP matched to an invoice they had on car that was coming in next month. Are you having in luck with the dealers in Tampa? I have tried almost everyone from Sarasota to Miami. The best I have been able to do is 500 under MSRP for 2005 Touring Roadster.
Thanks for the responce. Let me know how you make out. Dont bother going from dealership to dealdership trying to negotiate a deal. What I'm doing is faxing every dealsership within 50 miles with MSRP/Invoice side by side comparsion and leaving a voicemail box for them to leave there best offers. In it I also told them no offers above $500 over invoice will be considered. I bought my last 2 cars this way and have always managed to get my car for <$300 over invoice.
Thats the problem, your going for a Roadster Z. Dealership's are extremely stubborn to negotiate at all on Roadsters. Best deal I have heard someone getting on a Roadster is $1100 over invoice. Good Luck!
dyam..my dealer won't even talk about a deal on the 05s. He said "if you want a deal get a 04, we don't have much left tho...only 10" I think i was dealing with a dumbass..i mean ten 04s..that's alot left at this time of the yr. heeh
anyways, Any advice on how to get a good deal like $500 over invoice? And is it possible to pick up a MT enthu for $29000-29500 out the door?

Know what you want, all options and know the invoice price, get it from KBB. Start at $500 under invoice, let them say no way and then ask what will you sell it for? Let them say a price, say no way and then say ok I'll but it today at invoice. They'll no way again and you say ok $500 over invoice is my last offer and start walking out the door to your car. Either you'll get the car at $500 over invoice or only waste 10 minutes of your valuable time at the dealership, either way a great deal.

im from Nor. California. I don't think i'm going to buy a car from Ohio. heeh.
I know this question had been asked many times before. But what is the best nissan dealer at this time of yr in Nor. Cal? All the threads that were helpful were from last yr. Anyways, I'm looking to buy a Z early Jan. to Feb. I'm also from Sacramento and have no problems driving out to the bay area to pick one up if the price is right. So any suggestions from you bay area folks?
A buddy of mine in Atlanta, GA and I have both closed deals on Z's in the past few months aggressively around invoice price with a Nashville Dealer(Hippodrome Nissan), I think I got the orginal lead on this board or another Z Board. The internet sales mgr. Trent, trente@users.ccleads.com. Tell him the boys in ATL put you on to him. Got some good break-in miles on the trip home and had good time in Nashville the nite before.
