Default What is the best price to expect for 2005 Roadster

I am trying to order a 2005 Tourning Roadster. The best I have been able to fine is 500 below MSRP. What is the best price others members are finding?

$500. Below MSRP? I'd take that. Bet he's low-balling you? Sticker is about as low as most can get for 2005 ZTR Good Luck.....

On my 05 Roadster, I negotiated a price well below MSRP with several local dealers. Here's what I would suggest:

1) Fully arrange for your financing. Get a commitment letter from your lender (bank, credit union, etc.)

2) Avoid a trade-in, if possible. If you have another car, plan to sell it outright. This simplifies the deal on the Z.

3) Email all local area dealers, telling them exactly what you want and that you have your financing pre-arranged, and that you have no trade-in. In the email, ask what the dealer would be willing to do below MSRP.

All dealers now have an internet manager, and they will give you a price break. Then simply play one off the other to get the best deal you can. -- Jim

well below msrp can still give them some profit, thats why they are willing to do it. But its alot of haggling to do it.

Like my dealership, if someone comes in wanting to pay 1000 under msrp for a GT or 35th.....goodbye Its just so new and they'll be alot of buyers lined up so price wont drop till october 2005.

Default 2004 roadster price

I feel good about this - I picked up my new 2004 SB roadster with Navi, 18" wheels , touring package for $39k. That was $2500 off msrp! Looks like the dealing price right now is about $1600 off msrp.

This car is beautiful with the ventilated burn orange seats.
