Default good price?

Hey guys,

Quick question: I found a guy on craigs list trying to get rid of his Stillen car cover for 50 bucks and his injen intake for 150. Is 200 bucks a good deal for these two items used? I looked it up online and the intake runs for about 300 before taxes and shipping and the car cover is about 100 before taxes and shipping. I guess my biggest question is about the intake and I'll go to the modification section now and read up. Thanks for the input in advance, you all rock.
