I have put this car up for sale before, but simply liked it too much to follow through with actually letting it go. Fast-forward to today—it is for sale. I will offer it for $21K (slightly negotiable) for 2-3 weeks, at which point, I will begin a part-out if it doesn’t sell. Please keep the individual parts requests to a minimum until the actual part-out begins. Thanks.
This car is a stunning performer and has also never ceased to be complimented on looks, mostly in part because it has retained a clean but aggressive image with nearly all parts being purchased for function, with form being only a consideration. It is a 2007 Enthusiast and sits at 80xxx.
Religious upkeep and preventative maintenance have always been a 100% top priority. All receipts to prove it. The motor is strong and responsive. The transmission is crisp and notchy. The transmission has been professionally rebuilt (with 100% brand new Nissan parts), by Foreign Affairs Motorsport, one of the premier race shops in Florida. In fact, the owner, is an ex-pro driver, supports primarily high-end Porsche and BMW clients and racecars, and is the president of PBOC (so his ongoing reputation is important). This is why I allowed them to do the build. Other than that, Danny (Green Goblin) at Slammered built and maintained the car.
The exterior of the car is 9/10. Not even a ding. Front bumper and splitter could use a respray (but again, we can talk on price if you're genuinely interested). The interior is in equally good condition. Mods are below, but essentially it has every NA upgrade except motor internals and headers. It is a weekend/track car, but again, not a single mechanical issue. The car is very competitive and has been religiously maintained (oil changes every 3-600 miles, and all fluids changed every 500-1000 miles).
I am interested in trades, but primarily an M3, Cayman S, or 911.
PARTS:
Wheels/Brakes
• 18x10 +16 (square) Forgestar F14 Satin Black
• StopTech 6/4 with Stoptech Trophy Kit Caliper Brackets (this is a $450 upgrade and is critical to help with knockback. This bracket moves the front calipers from the 11 o’clock position on the rotors to the 9 o’clock and also improves balance slightly. Hawk DC60 pads are installed. There is a slight vibration with one of the rotors during braking from 10 to 5 mph. I believe I inadvertently pulled the E-brake when the brakes were hot once. It doesn’t bother me and will no longer be an issue once new front rotors are put in. The brakes themselves have no issues. Nevertheless, to compensate, I have a brand new set of rear Hawk pads that I will throw in for free (I believe they were a couple hundred bucks but don’t recall exactly).
• Upgraded spare wheel from 370Z Sport to fit over StopTechs in case of road-side emergency. Bolts in perfect to the OEM spare well.
• H&R extended wheel studs on front axle
• Eibach Rear Toe and Camber Kit
Suspension
• BC Racing BR Type Coils (probably less than 3K miles on these, definitely no more than 5K)
• SPC Toe Bolts
• SPC Front Camber A-Arms
• Hotchkis Sway bars (latest version - front and rear)
Performance
• Injen Dual Cold Air Intake
• HKS High Power Exhaust (authentic)
• Fast Intentions Resonated Cat Pipes
• UpRev Osiris Tune
• Exedy Stage 1 Clutch
• Exedy Stage 1 Flywheel for the HR
• Custom Red Grounding Kit by Sxexcx
• Koyo 36mm core aluminum radiator
• Custom Oil Cooler Built by Danny at Slammered-Inc. (Setrab Core, Z1 370Z Thermostatic Sandwich Plate Conversion Kit, Setrab Fittings, Custom Stainless Steel lines, Custom Brackets)
Drivetrain
• Nismo 4.08 Final Drive Gears
• Nismo Finned LSD Cover
• Cryo’d Pumpkin
• Z Speed Performance Heavy Duty Slave Cylinder
• TWM Short Shifter Kit (best one on the market IMO, no plastic like Nismo or B&M)
Exterior
• S2000 Shorty Antenna
• 15% Tint all around
• Rolled Rear Fenders
• Tommy Kaira Rear “Z” Emblem
• Stillen Front Splitter w/ reinforced lower bumper and painted matte black
• Full 3M front Clear Bra (mirrors, fenders, bumper, and hood. There is a area on the front bumper where only the paint has some small cracks in it (bumper itself is fine). Some road debris must have hit it (its not really noticeable, but you can see it in the 5th pic down/they are just slight cracks in the paint). The entire area maybe spans the size of a quarter, but for perfection, as I said, it could use a respray because of this. Otherwise, the clear bra and bumper have no issues.
• Painted Gloss Black Roof (not vinyl)
Interior
• JVC Double Din Touch Screen DVD/Ipod/CD Receiver/Remote
• Forged Performance Shift ****
• Kirk Racing 4 point Roll Cage w/ optional X-brace
• 380RS Accelerator Pedal
• 2 x Sparco Evo Competition seats (these won't be coming with the car, unless price warrants it)
Misc.
• Nismo GT2 Brake Duct Kit with NACA Ducts
• Custom Painted Black Headlight Housing by Slammered Inc.
• ZSpeed Performance Matte Black Aluminum under shroud
• JIZ Majic Carbon Strut Bar

Are the foreign affairs motorsports good mechanics? I have been looking for a good shop for some upgrades. I live in Coral Springs so this shop is right down the street for me. How much do they charge per hour? Nice car OP I got almost identical car as yours. Same year and color but got Enkei RPF1s. GLWS

I have also have communications on both those parts already though. But I'm also not promising sales to anyone, until I am 100% ready to start the part out, which will be in a week or two.

If you live in coral springs, I would highly, highly recommend Danny at Slammered-inc. He is a Z specialist and built and maintained my car. His knowledge, honesty, and quality of work is unmatched (IMO) in the Z/G community. His rate will be much better than Foreign Affairs, with no sacrifice in quality.

Not sure yet on pricing. As I've mentioned, I've been off this site for a while now, so I'm a little rusty on the going prices. I would probably estimate $250-300 for the CAI and $750-800 for the coils (given they're near new).

Foreign affairs are great mechanics. To be completely honest, I just let them do the re-build, so I'm not sure about their rate. However, given that they do primarily work with Porsche and BMW with a focus on racecars, they can demand a higher than average rate. But with that, you get the real deal. They travel the SE supporting race teams on the weekends, so they live and breath, motorsport. So, if you're looking to have an exhaust installed, I probably wouldn't pay their rates. For something truly performance related...you get what you pay for.

Not sure if you were asking him or me but I've had my car dyno'd twice. 290 on S&Rs land and sea dyno (pre radiator) and 265 on HP's mustang dyno with all mods. Jack did a re-tune here.
I knew of Foreign Affairs from track events and had spent some time with then at the event where the tranny went out. So given their reputation and experience, I had no issue with them. It's been strong ever since.
It would be very cool if someone was interested! It'd be even cooler if they had an M3 or Cayman S that were wanted to get rid of.
Looks like I'm going to have to start collecting OEM parts. It'll be a sad day to put this back to stock.

I might be interested in your roll cage if you are parting out. I also have oem airboxes and oem cloth driver side seat in pretty good condition, so maybe we can work out some kind of trade?

Thanks for the info on Foreign Affairs. I will definitely use them when I need tranny and engine rebuild. Going to use the Z1 engine rebuild kit.

I will getting rid of the cage and do need seats to put back in. So send me pm and we can talk. I will say that I have also had some pms regarding the cage as well. So I will honor the first person to contact me...and the first person with money or needed parts. I'm not looking to screw anyone for a couple of bucks.
