I may be moving out to the Paso Robles area for work from Minnesota. I think the Z would like the weather a lot better!

Paso can get some high temperatures in the summer. The best thing about this area is the coast. The Z loves highway 1, nice cool ocean air! Fun road too!

When will you be moving out here?

Yeah, the downside I'm seeing is housing prices! Being a single guy about to start his career trying to find a place to rent that I can feel safe about my Z, pay students loans, and save money for the future is daunting! Where I'm from homes are half the price.. And wages don't look double...

i agree the housing prices suck around here but its beautiful weather on the coast of california. Honestly this state has the tightest laws and highest prices.. I am hoping to move within the next year

Hey guys, Just wondering if you had any thoughts on tuning process.

When I bought my Z it already had the catback, headers, and CAI. I recently added MotorDyne ART Pipes and a 5/16 spacer.

This car has never been tuned, im at 98K Miles. Someone told me to replace spark plugs before tune. Is there anything I should do prior to tuning besides spark plugs?

Any and all maintenance for sure. One you may need to do is the timing chain, although not always. Oil change wouldn't be a bad idea, just make sure you put some miles on there before you start going wot alot/get it tuned. Belts too (I have a set I can sell you for 40$ if you need). I'd recommend asking your tuner what they do for maintenance right around 100k miles.

Set of belts. I could be interested for $40. Are you in the area? or would you need to ship?

Not really. We are a pretty lonely area. There is a small meet in SLO in the Madonna Shopping center next to Best Buy on Tuesday evenings.

Still not close yet. Got a few more parts to fab, and lines to run then I'm going to have a local guy wire the car up and help out with the startup tune.
