Default Gum off of my carpet, help needed

I am out of town currently on business and had to drive my car. The town i am staying in is the a**hole of louisiana and I am very nervous having my nismo parked out side just waiting for someone to come by and be an idiot and do something to it.

I was walking out to my car and apparently some moron decided to throw their gum on the concrete and of course I stepped in it and tracked it onto my floor mat. Any idea how to get it off? I am most concerned with it being on the white NISMO letters and how to get it off without damaging the carpet. I have gotten most of it off the carpet itself already and it is good enough for now, but what would take it off the letters? Goo gone, bleach...?
I am at a loss here, detailed for a few years and not sure what to use. Doesn't help that I do not have any of my stuff with me, only zaino QD and microfibers, you know, the essentials.

Thanks for any help

All great ideas though, if I was cleaning 1 floor mat I would just do both of at the same time. Common sense IMO.
