Win2k Server, Can't login

Ok, we had some techs come in to install a new server, in the process they wanted to swap the IP's from the old win2k server to the new win2k3 server. They released the IP's and now there is now way to login. (domain or locally) Nobody has the local admin password.

A little help?

Just used CIA Commander and reset the password.
